Gentle Yoga for Every Body

This class is an accessible class for those who enjoy a gentle yoga practice. You will experience increased mobility throughout the entire body while building strength and learn stress management techniques. This class is a great adjunct to your workout in the RX gym and is helpful in maintaining the benefits you gained during  physical therapy. It is best to be able to get up and down from the floor for this class.
