Yoga for Joint Health, Strength and Balance

This class is appropriate for anyone. We begin in chairs and include some standing poses and some floor work. Getting on the floor is not required. All practices can be done in the chair. You will learn how to move every major synovial joint through its full range of motion, increasing its mobility and strength and decreasing inflammation. this practice helps to improve balance and mobilizes the spine.  Please join us anytime, this is an ongoing class.
